Description
- This product is a reagent for the chemiluminescent detection of HRP-labeled probes that react with proteins transferred to the membrane by Western blotting. Immediately before use, solutions A and B are mixed 1:1 and applied to the membrane. It allows the detection of proteins at the nanogram level.
Storage
- Store at 4 °C, protected from light. Use within 6 months.
Direction for Use
-
- Bring Solution A and Solution B to room temperature.
- Prepare a blotting membrane covered with HRP-conjugated probe.
- Wash the membrane three times for 10 minutes each time with 1× TBS-T buffer.
- Mix Solution A and Solution B in a 1:1 ratio immediately before use. The recommended volume is 0.1 mL/cm2 membrane.
- Place the membrane with the protein blotted side up on the plastic wrap or polyethylene sheet.
- Pour the mixture over the surface of the membrane.
- Incubate the membrane with this product for 60 seconds at room temperature.
