Synergi is a family of high-performance reversed-phase HPLC columns engineered to solve challenging separations where conventional C18 selectivity is not enough. The Synergi portfolio includes four complementary stationary phases — Polar-RP, Hydro-RP, Fusion-RP, and Max-RP — each designed to provide a unique selectivity profile for different classes of analytes.
By combining different retention mechanisms beyond hydrophobic interactions, Synergi columns offer enhanced selectivity for polar, non-polar, acidic, basic, and aromatic compounds, making them ideal for complex sample matrices and demanding method development.
Key Advantages
-
Full range of reversed-phase selectivity with four complementary stationary phase chemistries for challenging HPLC and UHPLC separations.
-
Enhanced retention of polar compounds, improving the separation of analytes that are difficult to retain on conventional C18 columns.
-
100% aqueous mobile phase stability for Polar-RP, Hydro-RP, and Fusion-RP phases, providing greater flexibility during method development.
-
Excellent retention of both hydrophobic and polar analytes under highly aqueous conditions with Hydro-RP chemistry.
-
Balanced selectivity for acidic, basic, polar, and hydrophobic compounds with Fusion-RP, reducing the need to compromise between retention and resolution.
-
Alternative selectivity to traditional C18 columns, allowing improved resolution of difficult compound mixtures.
-
Wide pH operating range for Max-RP and Fusion-RP, supporting robust methods from acidic to basic mobile phases.
-
High efficiency with reduced analysis times through Synergi HST 2.5 µm technology, compatible with conventional HPLC systems.
-
Seamless scalability from analytical HPLC to preparative purification with a broad range of preparative columns and bulk packing materials.
